  Texoma appears to be a company with specialized cement finishing skills that can make a decided difference to the finished look of a project. They talk a good game... However, on our new home construction project, we found that they were very unreliable, and in the end we are having to get someone else to finish their work. We are very disappointed, because they started off well, with a reasonable price and good results. They repeatedly apologized, promised to finish the work, and claimed personal family issues were the cause of their poor performance. We understood, and accepted their promises to finish our project, and gave them extra time. But after the first stage was completed (and paid for) we couldn't get them to return and finish the second and final stage of the job. Now, after more than a year of apologies, and promises, they won't even return our calls. We even offered to pay more if that was an issue. We suspect that they have more work than they can competently handle, and are only interested in larger, more profitable commercial contracts. If you are a home builder, we don't recommend these people.
